The apartment is on the first floor of the building (there’s an elevator) and it consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 living room (both the bedrooms and the living room with parquet floor), 1 bathroom and 1 kitchen (microwave, washing machine, oven and hob). The apartment is bright and has really high ceilings. All rooms face one of the two different courtyards inside the building, which makes the whole apartment really quiet and barely affected by street noise, ideal for people looking for tranquility. The place is very well served by public transport, with two metro stations (Puerta de Jerez, and Prado de San Sebastian) and several bus stops within a 10 minute walk. There are also up to 4 Sevici (public bicycle service) stations inside a 5 minute walk radio, and several others less than 10 minutes away on foot.
The appartment is available for professionals or academics 30 years old or older that can certify to be inside a working contract/a g of at least one year of duration. The appartment will be available for renting from october 1st, season rentals (from 3 months to 1 year) preferred. The fee is 980 euros per month (parking space not included) or 1130 euros per month with 1 garage space included. In both cases community fees are included in the price.
